We want to update you on the situation following the recent flooding at our clinic. Unfortunately, the damage has been more extensive than initially anticipated. We are working diligently to repair the clinic and hope to reopen in early January. If we are able to secure an alternate clinic space sooner, we will inform you right away.

 

Booking Options During This Time:

• Phone appointments continue to be available. The physicians will attempt to manage as much as safely possible via phone while our clinic is being repaired.

• For urgent issues that require a physical exam, please visit www.thechristieclinic.ca/booking-after-hours to learn how to book with our network physicians, who provide same-day coverage for urgent matters. You will also find a list of other urgent care options there.

• For well-baby visits or routine vaccine updates for babies and children due during the month of December, please call our clinic. We will refer you to a local pediatric clinic that has agreed to see our patients for these specific needs.

• For non-urgent concerns requiring a physical exam, we kindly ask that you wait until our clinic reopens to book in-person appointments.​

Our clinic has experienced a flood. We are actively taking steps to resolve the situation. To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, all in-person appointments are temporarily suspended. Phone appointments may still be booked.

Our team is in the process of contacting affected patients. If your appointment can be converted to a phone consultation, one of our staff members will reach out to confirm the details.​​ For appointments that cannot be handled remotely, we are working diligently to find an alternative solution and will keep you informed.
